1. In August of this year, it was our good fortune to have Anto recommended to us by a friend when we were searching for a contractor to help us with our kitchen remodel and entry way tile work. His reply to our inquiry was prompt and in our initial meeting we found him to be extremely courteous and knowledgeable. A second meeting was scheduled to further discuss our needs and after our third and final meeting a price was agreed on and the work was scheduled to begin. Anto and his crew arrived on time, beginning work almost immediately, in a competent and professional manner, and without so much as speck of dust entering the rest of the house from their work area. They worked hard, were respectful of our home, and completed the job in the time frame that he had discussed with us. I would mention also that as with any project of this nature, some additional work was required and Anto took care of it and chose not to deviate from his quote price when the work was completed. Penelope and I are very happy with the end result in all respects, and would be happy to talk with you personally about our experience. We fully intend to hire Anto again as the bathroom adjacent to the kitchen now looks sorely outdated after his efforts, and look forward to working with him on that project in the near future.

2. As the Director of Facilities/Maintenance at Town Center Village, a 400 Unit Retirement/Assistant Living Community, I hired AJ’s Construction for multitude of assignments around our campus. While working at Town Center Village they remodeled apartments and helped with various jobs around my campus which included: installing granite, painting, roofing, sheetrock, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. No job was too small or too big for AJ’s Construction Co. I found them to be capable, efficient and dependable. 4. I have been a Portland landlord for the past 10 years. I own several single family rental homes in the Portland area. Over the years I have used different construction workers, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, and painters for various projects. A common problem for rental property managers and owners is finding competent and reliable professionals to help maintain and repair properties. It is one of the most difficult aspects of being a landlord.
